NES provides concept development, design, analysis and system assessment related to Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) building systems for a variety of clients including Architects, Developers, Facility Managers and Government agencies. Our experience encompasses projects including new construction, expansion and renovation of retail, commercial, institutional, public sector and industrial projects regionally and nationwide. Our engineering services focus on those required for vertical construction projects and associated site lighting and site dry MEP utilities coordination.

WILLIAM D. PRYOR, PE, CEM - PRINCIPAL
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Pryor has over 37 years of experience in design, construction, business development, energy analysis and supervision of technical and administrative staffs. His professional experience has included projects nationwide ranging up to $100 million in construction costs with various clients including architects, contractors, utility companies, medical facilities, commercial developers, manufacturers and government agencies. Mr. Pryor has extensive experience involving retrofits, renovations and expansions of existing facilities and systems of varying degrees of complexity. In addition to design related activities, Mr. Pryor has a considerable background in analyzing existing systems to determine causes for under-performance, and in the design of minimum-cost corrective measures.
His projects related to energy analysis and retrofit design have resulted in substantial energy savings for various facilities and central plant applications. Mr. Pryor also is a past recipient of the national ASHRAE Energy Award for Energy Efficient Design in Existing Structures and currently holds Certified Energy Manager (CEM) certification with the Association of Energy Engineers. Mr. Pryor currently maintains professional engineering registration in 20 states.

STANLEY R. CURTIS, PE - PRINCIPAL
PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Mr. Curtis has been practicing Electrical Engineering since 1987 having initially worked in the retail sector providing electrical design and construction administration services for projects nationwide. From this experience, Mr. Curtis became familiar with all major building codes, and developed an understanding of the necessity for timely design decisions affecting construction schedules. His expertise was further advanced when he served as Electrical Facilities Engineer for all campuses of the Superconductor Super Collider project in Waxahachie, Texas. Mr. Curtis has also designed many projects for educational, institutional, commercial, industrial, health care, hospitality, high-rise commercial, retail and governmental facilities.
His specific areas of responsibility have included design of electrical power, lighting, fire alarm, security, tele-media, audio/visual and emergency critical and non-critical systems.
